Dating Safety & Screening Practices
Practical precautions, reporting, and honest screening disclosures.
Use caution and independent judgment
Profiles, identity information, intentions, and personal histories can be falsified. Protect identifying and financial information, do not send money or financial credentials based only on online communications, meet initially in a public place, tell a trusted person about meeting plans, and maintain control of your transportation.
Prohibited conduct
Harassment, stalking, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, forced marriage, prostitution, commercial sexual activity, fraud, impersonation, non-consensual intimate material, financial manipulation, and attempts to bypass safety or contact-release controls are prohibited.
Screening and verification
Prosperous Pairs may use approved identity, age, public-record, registry, and human-review processes for a specific workflow. Unless expressly stated for a particular person and jurisdiction, Prosperous Pairs does not represent that every applicant or member has undergone a comprehensive criminal background check. A limited manual NSOPW or public-registry review is not a comprehensive criminal background check and cannot guarantee safety.
Commercial consumer-report screening remains disabled. It will not be enabled without a separate, counsel-approved FCRA and state-law process.
Reports, restrictions, and review
Report suspected fraud, abuse, exploitation, trafficking, or another safety concern to contact@prosperouspairs.com. Contact emergency services or the appropriate local authority when immediate danger exists. Prosperous Pairs may restrict or suspend an account while a credible concern is reviewed and may request clarification or evidence. A possible name or registry match is subject to appropriate human verification and is not automatically treated as proof.
Consent and contact
Every communication, introduction, meeting, date, relationship, and sexual interaction requires independent consent. Payment, membership, screening, an introduction, or a prior conversation never purchases or implies another person’s consent. International contact release remains subject to any applicable IMBRA and primary-language disclosure process.
